Our one bedroom apartment with private spa is for you. This flat is composed of a bedroom with en-suite shower room, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a private 2-seater spa. It is located on the 1st floor in the building next to our guesthouse.

The 2 main rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV box, high speed Wifi (fibre) is available throughout the flat. Close to the university, the music and dance conservatory, the court, the city centre and the old town, this flat is ideal for all your stays in Boulogne sur Mer.

The master bedroom has a large bed (160x200cm), a television connected to a TV box, a clock radio and USB sockets. All household linen: sheets and towels are included in the price. The living room has a sofa bed for daily use, a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking plates, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a simple coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, seafood cutlery, crockery and basic necessities: tea towels, condiments, coffee filters, etc.

The view from the master bedroom offers a commanding position over gardens and an unsuspected view for a city centre.

There are storage areas in the flat for multi-night stays. The apartment is cleaned only once on departure. We thank you for returning the flat in a correct state, dishes cleaned and tidied.

A baby bed is available in the large cupboard in the entrance hall.
